Expert Tips
- Freeze the bars for at least 4-6 hours before slicing.
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
- Let them sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes before serving for easier bites.
- Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Variations
- Add toasted coconut flakes.
- Swirl in raspberry puree.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios.

Storage
In your freezer section, store frozen yogurt bars in an airtight freezer-safe container with parchment paper between layers. They stay fresh for up to 2 months. For the best texture, let them soften for a minute or two before enjoying.
Ingredients

Plain Yogurt - I used homemade plain yogurt here. You can use store-bought, too.
Sugar OR honey- Sugar is an optional ingredient here. You can avoid it too.
Mangoes - You can use fresh mango pulp only. I like mango chunks in my bars, so I have used both mango pieces and chunks.
Saffron -just for the flavoring; However, it is optional.
If you have extra ripe mangoes, use them to make Aamras, Mango Cream, or the indulgent Mango Mastani-three delicious ways to celebrate mango season.
FAQs

Absolutely. If your mangoes are naturally sweet, you can reduce or skip the added sweetener. Honey or maple syrup also work well as natural alternatives.
Icy bars are usually caused by using low-fat yogurt, underripe mangoes, or excess moisture. For the creamiest texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt, ripe mangoes, and avoid adding extra liquid.
Yes, you can. Simply use vegan yogurt instead of dairy yogurt.
