Ingredients
Avocado – Fresh, ripe avocados are MUST for this sauce. This recipe is a great way to use ripe avocados.
Salt and pepper – for the seasoning 🙂 You can add chili flakes too.
Sour cream – Sour cream is essential part of the sauce. This is a “creamy” part of the sauce. I always use full fat sour cream.
Instruction
Add avocado, salt, pepper, sour cream with a dash of water into a food processor.
Process until well combined, smooth, and creamy. Serve it with tacos OR use it on lettuce wraps as I did here.
