Ingredients
Below are the ingredients required to make a cherry cooler.

Fresh cherries - Fresh cherries are used here. You can prepare this recipe with frozen cherries, too. However, I have not tried canned cherries.
Sugar - Optional ingredient. You can make it with or without sugar.
Water - To blend and adjust consistency.
Salt and chat masala - to enhance the taste.
FAQs
Yes. Frozen cherries work well if fresh cherries are unavailable. Thaw them slightly before blending for the best texture and flavour.
No. Straining is optional. Straining gives a smoother drink, while leaving the pulp adds more fibre and a thicker, smoothie-like consistency.
Absolutely. If your cherries are naturally sweet, you can skip the sugar altogether or use honey, maple syrup, or another sweetener to taste.
Store the blended cherry cooler in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Stir well before serving, as natural separation may occur.
Cherry cooler pairs beautifully with light summer snacks such as sandwiches, wraps, pakoras, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, or picnic meals. It's also a refreshing drink to serve at brunches and summer gatherings.
