Bun maska is very simple yet very tasty recipe. Bun maska is a Maharashtrian staple food and has made its way through numerous Indian households due to its comfort food quality just like vadapav. Bun doesn’t need an introduction, but the maska here is no ordinary butter but a mouthwatering blend of fresh cream and butter. I have tried this bun maska at goodluck cafe ,pune first and since then it is one of my favorite recipe😵.
Simplicity is beautiful, they say. Can there be anything simpler than a couple buns smeared with generous amounts of butter along with a cup of piping hot tea? That is exactly what makes this recipe simple yet brilliant.
Bun maska is one of my favorite break-fast recipe but I need to control my cravings as it has a generous amount of butter😜
