bun maska recipe , how to make maska bun at home
Maharashtra's Famous muska bun recipe.

Ingredients
- 3 nos buns /ladipav fresh
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp fruit jam approx
Instructions
- take a mixing bowl and mix butter and cream well.
- slice buns and spread jam in it.
- heat tava and heat pav on tava for a minute to make it warm.
- turn off the flame.
- spread butter-cream mixture inside and outside well.
- serve buns with hot tea.
Notes
- if you don't like jam then it is completely avoidable.
- use fresh buns.
- I am using homemade cream and homemade butter here.
