  • ½ cup Canned chickpeas, boiled or canned
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ cup olive oil, for topping
  • chili flakes, optional

Instructions

  • Take a food processor first.
  • Meanwhile, drain you canned chickpeas and wash them off.
  • add garlic cloves into food processor, cumin, tahini,salt,lemon juice.
  • Add chickpeas.
  • crush to a smooth paste.
  • transfer to a serving bowl.
  • add some olive oil on the top.
  • sprinkle some chili flakes.
  • serve with falafel and pita bread.
