Instructions
Take a food processor first.
Meanwhile, drain you canned chickpeas and wash them off.
½ cup Canned chickpeas
add garlic cloves into food processor, cumin, tahini, salt, cilantro, lemon juice.
1 tablespoon Tahini paste,
Salt,
2 Garlic cloves,
½ teaspoon Cumin,
1 tablespoon Cilantro,
few drops Lemon juice
Add chickpeas.
Crush to a smooth paste.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Add some olive oil on the top.
½ cup Olive oil
Sprinkle some chili flakes.
Chili flakes
Serve with falafel and pita bread.
Notes
you can add lemon juice as per your taste.
