boiled or canned

tahini paste
salt to taste

Instructions
Take a food processor first.
Meanwhile, drain you canned chickpeas and wash them off.
add garlic cloves into food processor, cumin, tahini,salt,lemon juice.
Add chickpeas.
crush to a smooth paste.
transfer to a serving bowl.
add some olive oil on the top.
sprinkle some chili flakes.
serve with falafel and pita bread.
