I am not claiming this recipe is the EXACT recipe you get in bbq nation. I made this recipe with my own taste. crispy corn kernels recipe

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes
Serving Size 2 people

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups corns , I used 1 whole fresh corn here
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • ¼ tsp chat masala
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves, optional
  • 2 spoon water
  • oil, to deep fry corns

Instructions

  • Take a large mixing bowl.
  • wash and dry your corn kernels.
  • add corn flour and rice flour.
  • Add coriander powder.
  • add red chili powder, turmeric powder and chat masala.
  • sprinkle salt.
  • add coriander leaves.
  • mix it really well.
  • heat oil in pan.
  • gently put corns and deep fry it until golden brown on medium flame.
  • serve immediately.

Notes

  • you can use canned corn. I am using fresh ones here
