crispy corn kernels recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups corns , I used 1 whole fresh corn here
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- ¼ tsp chat masala
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- coriander leaves, optional
- 2 spoon water
- oil, to deep fry corns
Instructions
- Take a large mixing bowl.
- wash and dry your corn kernels.
- add corn flour and rice flour.
- Add coriander powder.
- add red chili powder, turmeric powder and chat masala.
- sprinkle salt.
- add coriander leaves.
- mix it really well.
- heat oil in pan.
- gently put corns and deep fry it until golden brown on medium flame.
- serve immediately.

- you can use canned corn. I am using fresh ones here
