Ingredients

corns
I used 1 whole fresh corn here

tbsp
rice flour
1
tbsp
corn flour
¼
tsp
chat masala
¼
tsp
coriander powder
¼
tsp
red chili powder
¼
tsp
turmeric powder
salt to taste
coriander leaves
optional

spoon
water
oil
to deep fry corns
Instructions
Take a large mixing bowl.
wash and dry your corn kernels.
add corn flour and rice flour.
Add coriander powder.
add red chili powder, turmeric powder and chat masala.
sprinkle salt.
add coriander leaves.
mix it really well.
heat oil in pan.
gently put corns and deep fry it until golden brown on medium flame.
serve immediately.
Notes
you can use canned corn. I am using fresh ones here
