this is an another quick bite recipe i am sharing here. I am totally enjoying my looong weekend and since i am not in the cooking mode much. I truly thank full to the Founders of quick bites concepts as it is your time saver 😉 If you like oats then sure you will like this recipe. For this recipe, I have used “homemade nutty almond butter” .
My homemade nutty almond butter is nothing but a crushed paste of LOT of almonds with some oil :). I will definitely share authentic almond butter recipe later. For now, This is a quick solution.
You can add finely chopped nuts of your choice.
All I can say that this recipe is,

no-bake peanut butter oats almond cookies
Ingredients
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup rolled oats, gluten free
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp milk
- 4-5 drops vanilla essence
Instructions
- take a mixing bowl.
- add peanut butter.
- Add almond butter and mix it.
- add few drops of vanilla essence.
- add rolled oats.
- Add milk.
- mix all very well.
- add chocolate chips . i am using white chocolate chips here.
- you can add chopped nuts at this stage.
- mix it really well.
- divide the mixture into a small balls.
- give cookie shape to the balls.
- chill these cookies for 20-30 mins in refrigerator.
- enjoy.
