no-bake peanut butter oats almond cookies

Ingredients

tsp
peanut butter
1
tbsp
almond butter
½
cup
rolled oats
gluten free
2
tbsp
chocolate chips
1
tbsp
milk
4-5
drops
vanilla essence
Instructions
take a mixing bowl.
add peanut butter.
Add almond butter and mix it.
add few drops of vanilla essence.
add rolled oats.
Add milk.
mix all very well.
add chocolate chips . i am using white chocolate chips here.
you can add chopped nuts at this stage.
mix it really well.
divide the mixture into a small balls.
give cookie shape to the balls.
chill these cookies for 20-30 mins in refrigerator.
enjoy.
Notes
for the almond butter, I used 1/4 cup regular almonds and 2 tsp cooking oil.
crush almond and oil to a smooth paste.
This is not a authentic almond butter recipe, as it requires time to prepare almond butter. I am using this Quick solution for this quick recipe.
