How to make mango shrikhand recip e?
Place the strainer in a deep bowl. also place kitchen cotton towel or muslin cloth on the strainer.pour fresh curd on the cloth.tie the cloth tightly and refrigerate it for 3 hours.afterward, you will see that the liquid has drained off.
Cut mango into pieces and churn to a smooth paste. make a puree and keep it aside.
Transfer the drained curd in a mixing bowl.
Add powdered sugar.
Also add fresh cream. It will enhance the texture of shrikhand.
Add cardamom powder and dryfruits.
Add mango puree and mango chunks.
Add dry fruits and mix well.
Serve chilled.

- ½ cup mango pieces, optional
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ cup mixed dry fruits
- 1.5 tbsp fresh cream, using homemade cream here.
