mango oats breakfast smoothie recipe. This is actually a 3 ingredient recipe. For this recipe, I soaked oats for 2 hours but you can use oats flour instead.

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium mangoes
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup water, to soak oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut, optional
  • 2 tbsp almonds and pistachios, chopped, optional
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  • if you have time then soak oats for 5-6 hours. 
  • cut mangoes into medium pieces and transfer into mixer jar.
  • add oats and milk also.
  • blend them into a smooth paste.
  • add almond and coconut into a blender as well but i like chunks.
  • enjoy.

Notes

  • you can use oats flour instead of whole oats.
  • I used dry shredded coconut in the garnishing.
