Mango frozen yogurt bark is an easy, super Y.U.M, and one of my personal favorite summer recipes. It is my go-to energy bar in summer. It is nothing but a sweet yogurt mixed with ripe mangoes and frozen until hard.
Are you a frozen yogurt lover? Well, I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt. You won’t believe but I like to eat ice cubes 😉 I love those tiny ice crystals 🙂
Ingredients
Plain Yogurt – I used homemade plain yogurt here. You can use store-bought too.
Sugar OR honey– Sugar is an optional ingredient here. You can avoid it too.
Mangoes – You can use fresh mango pulp only. I like mango chunks in my bars so I have used both mango pieces and chunks.
Saffron -just for the flavoring however, it is optional.
How to make yogurt bars
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, sugar or honey, and mango chunks. Mix all together.
Also, add mango puree(optional), and a pinch of saffron and mix it.
Pro tip:
You can add mango pulp on the top of yogurt mixture after spreding it to get the marble effect.
Place parchment paper in a tray and spread the yogurt mixture.
Freeze it and enjoy.
