so, how to make raw mango raita recipe?step by step photos:
take a bowl and transfer curd in that.(I am using homemade curd here)
add salt to your taste and sugar as well.
mix well.
add grated raw mangoes, ginger, some green chili and cumin powder.
also add some roasted cumin powder.
mix well and keep aside.
prepare tadka. heat oil in pan. add mustard seeds, cumins, curry leaves and dry red chili.
pour this tadka on raita.
serve chilled.

- ½ cup raw mango, grated ,1 medium size
- 1 cup curd
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp ginger, chopped
- 1 medium green chili, chopped
- ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
for tadka:
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 2-3 nos dry red chili
Instructions

- you can store this raita for 2 days in refrigerator but DO NOT store more than that.however, I always recommend to have it fresh.

We have not worked with raw mango before but this is brilliant. I wonder if the raw mango unlike the ripe mango is cooling instead of warming in TCM… will have to look into that. Delightful recipe with so many uses to cool down the palate with spicy mains. Wishing you a super week! Take Care
