Ingredients

raw mango
grated ,1 medium size

curd
salt to taste

tbsp
sugar
½
tsp
ginger
chopped

green chili
chopped

tsp
roasted cumin powder
for tadka:

tbsp
oil

mustard seeds

tsp
cumin

curry leaves
2-3

dry red chili
Instructions
take a bowl and transfer curd in that.(I am using homemade curd here)
add salt to your taste and sugar as well.
mix well.
add grated raw mangoes, ginger and some green chili.
also add some roasted cumin powder.
mix well and keep aside.
prepare tadka. heat oil in pan. add mustard seeds, cumins, curry leaves and dry red chili.
pour this tadka on raita.
serve chilled.

you can store this raita for 2 days in refrigerator but DO NOT store more than that.however, I always recommend to have it fresh.
