Ingredients
- ½ kg matar / fresh green peas
- water to boil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start Peeling Green Peas take out all bad peas.Wash them Twice and strain all water from that.
- Boil Matar For 2 mins in Deep pan.Add salt into that.
- After thatc Strain all Hot water and Wash Your peas with Cold Water.
- Keep it aside and allow it to come in room temperature.
- Store Them In Air tight Container.
- Put this Container into Deep Freezer.
- Use them When Required.

- At Step 3: we are Washing them in cold water to stop Cooking process of matar.
- These matar stays good for 1 to 2 month …
- Please DO not defrost your refrigerator during the storing period.
