how to preserve green peas

matar / fresh green peas
water to boil

salt
Instructions
Start Peeling Green Peas take out all bad peas.Wash them Twice and strain all water from that.
Boil Matar For 2 mins in Deep pan.Add salt into that.
After thatc Strain all Hot water and Wash Your peas with Cold Water.
Keep it aside and allow it to come in room temperature.
Store Them In Air tight Container.
Put this Container into Deep Freezer.
Use them When Required.
Notes
At Step 3: we are Washing them in cold water to stop Cooking process of matar.
These matar stays good for 1 to 2 month ...
Please DO not defrost your refrigerator during the storing period.
