Honey-glazed butternut squash is easy and 15 minutes recipe which you can have it with your favorite pasta. This squash is made with very minimal ingredients. Honey, butter and your favorite seasoning- what else you need!
I recently tried this recipe with ginger and tomato sauce spaghetti to celebrate my first “official fall” season in Canada(well the season is over now).The squash is the perfect ingredient for fall. We tried some amazing recipes last month and I will share soon.

Ingredients to make honey-glazed butternut squash
as I said, Ingredients required in this recipe is very minimal.
butternut squash – main ingredient of the recipe.
seasoning – You can your favorite seasoning in this recipe. I used chili flakes and pepper powder here.
butter – this version is made with salted butter. You can use oil instead.
honey – adjust the amount of honey as per your taste.
How to make honey glazed butternut squash?
Preheat oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Peel the skin and remove the seeds of butternut squash. Cut into medium pieces.
Take a baking pan and spread the squash chunks.
Add butter, chilli flakes, salt, and some seasoning.
drizzle some honey.
slightly toss it.
bake it at 180°C for 15 to 17 minutes.
serve hot.

- 1 medium butternut squash
- ¼ cup salted butter
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- seasoning of your choice

BN squash is a regular in our diet and roasted is a great way to enjoy it. I also like to mix pureed spicy BN squash into my bread dough. But, we most offten enjoy it simply roasted.
