You and I have chili on the brain. Love this jam. How awesome would this be on a cheese board!!! You are a brave girl using your bare hands. We had to vent out the house with the last chili oil making day, how about you? Pinning!
haahaa.. at the moment of preparing i actually forgot that i am using bare hands 😉 well, one the top my family loooovesssssss this jam and I am about to make your oil recipe 🙂 i will ping you…
I’m a big fan of chilli jams & all things chilli & this is a good one.
super simple & delicious,
I also modified it by adding a clove of garlic & a piece of ginger (about the size of the clove) mince both well prior to putting in blender. (ginger doesn’t breakdown that easily in the blender)
Incredible addition to a humdrum sandwich.
Thank You Priya
Love your modification 🙂 Thanks a lot for lovely words. share the pic if possible 🙂
