Ingredients
- ½ cup raw mango, i use 1 medium here
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- salt to taste
- ¼ cup jaggery
- ¼ tsp black salt
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 small green chihlies
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
- wash your mint leaves and raw mango.
- cut the raw mango into medium pieces. do not remove the skin of raw mangoes.
- transfer mint leaves into a mixer jar.
- add raw mango as well.
- add jaggery.
- add ginger and green chili.
- add some coriander leaves.
- add cumin and black salt.
- add salt to your taste.
- crush them to a smooth paste.
- store in airtight container and refrigerate it.
