raw mango
i use 1 medium here

fresh mint leaves
salt to taste

jaggery

black salt

cumin

ginger

green chihlies

fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
wash your mint leaves and raw mango.
cut the raw mango into medium pieces. do not remove the skin of raw mangoes.
transfer mint leaves into a mixer jar.
add raw mango as well.
add jaggery.
add ginger and green chili.
add some coriander leaves.
add cumin and black salt.
add salt to your taste.
crush them to a smooth paste.
store in airtight container and refrigerate it.

This chutney can remain fresh for 7 days when stored in air-tight container.
you can use either jaggery OR sugar.
