This cookie recipe is for beginners👇
first thing first, Prepare your ingredients. It is very important to avoid unnecessary running to look for ingredients while prepping the dough 😉
My next step is to cream the butter. Now whenever there is a butter, you have to whisk it super smooth before adding rest of the ingredients to make sure that these cookies has a perfect texture you are looking for. meanwhile preheat your oven at 180˚C or 435˚F about 15 minutes.
after creaming the butter, add flour, salt, cinnamon and prepare the dough. anything wrong? we haven’t add milk/ water yet 😉
You can either add water or milk to adjust the consistency and form a dough. I am using milk here.
once the dough is ready, flatten and prepare cookies with your favourite shape. bake it at 180˚C or 435˚F about 15 minutes.
decorate it and enjoy 🙂

- Water or milk, both are fine for this recipe. We just need to adjust the consistency and form the dough.
- Be careful while fattening the dough. It should be thick. do not spread it too thin other wise your cookies will burn quickly.
