Chana palak or chole palak is very simple yet very very delicious recipe you can make for your lunch or dinner in the busy weekdays. I am using regular kabuli chana here which has been soaked for 8 hours. Now, I usually store soaked chickpeas in a deep freeze for a week. You can use canned chickpeas as well for this recipe.
As I have said earlier, This curry is very similar to chana masala recipe. You can use spinach puree here just like we use in palak paneer recipe however, I am using finely chopped spinach here. This is a low-fat curry which tastes delicious and extremely creamy because of the well-cooked chickpeas.
