Turn off the flame and allow it to cool down completely. 

Now add the black salt, dry mango powder and dry ginger powder into the pan and mix. 

Transfer to a mixer jar and Grind to a fine powder.

We have a wonderful market just down the street that has wonderful whole spices and everything we would ever want to make Indian cuisine so we feel very fortunate. Can’t wait to try this recipe mix.

  2. This is a great concept, Priya! We can often find premixed spices over here, but I’ve noticed that the flavor varies greatly. I should totally just keep containers in the pantry of my own mixes instead. Chaat masala is the first one up! 🙂
