atta ladoo recipe | how to make whole wheat ladoo recipe with stepwise photos and video recipe. Ladoos are the important part of the indian cuisine. ladoos are the medium size balls prepared from khoya/mava, gram flour with a mix of the lot of dryfruits. Ladoo and Indian halwa are the recipes we prepared during our festivals. There are a lot of varieties of these recipes and the version of ladoos I am sharing today is made from whole wheat flour.
We don’t make atta ladoos usually in gujarat. We make gur papdis during winters. But, Learning has no limitations. you learn some recipes when growing and some later. Well, this is the recipe I learned a few days back. There is a friend of us who is from Aligarh bring these homemade atta ladoos for us. we liked it a lot so, I immediately ask him for the recipe and I got this recipe from his mom.
These whole wheat ladoos are not only delicious but it is a perfect munch in your mid hunger time. It is good for kids and can be given as an after school snack or can be packed in their snack box.
I have use tagar instead of sugar here. “Tagar” is nothing but a special kind of Boora. Boora is normally very fine in quality, but Tagar is thick in comparison to it. Tagar is made with Sugar and is used to make Ladoos and Pede. It enhances the taste of Ladoos. If you are unable to find it in the market, then you can make Tagar at home also. REst of the ingredients are easily available.
