Ingredients

cup
ghee
1+1/4
cup
whole wheat flour
¼
cup
cashews
chopped | or mix dryfruits

cup
tagar approx
as per your taste * check recipe notes
¼
tsp
nutmeg powder
½
tsp
black pepper powder
Instructions
heat 1/4 cup ghee in pan. keep half quantity of ghee aside.
add whole wheat flour and mix.
roast until leaves aroma and turns golden brown.
remove the flame and keep aside.
add black pepper powder.
add some dry fruits.
add nutmeg powder.
add tagar according to your taste.
mix it well.
now, add the remaining ghee and mix it well.
take a portion and prepare a medium size ball.
repeat this process with remaining mixture.
store in airtight container.
Notes
If you are unable to shape the balls, add a little more melted ghee, mix well and then try again.
if you don't have tagar then use powdered sugar or powdered jaggery.
