I like toasted bagels so I am starting the process by toasting bagels( in a griller ofcourse as I don't have traditional toaster). Meanwhile, slice or chop your vegetables. Spread cream cheese, and hummus on the bagel and top it with vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Add hot sauce if you like and simply enjoy 🙂
3 bagels, 3 tablespoon cream cheese, 3 tablespoon hummus, 1 medium tomato, 1 medium onion, 1 medium avocado, 2 small carrots, salt and pepper, 1 small capsicum
