Strawberry Oats shake is a goto energy booster recipe that is sugar-free and dairy-free. It has some bananas too.
I am sharing an energy booster kinda recipe after a long time on the blog here. This recipe comes as a quick rescue for me. This shake is a quick recipe but you can store it for a single day.
Soaking makes oats more digestive. So, I usually make this shake in advance and try to consume it after an hour. This one hour period allows oats to soak the moisture.
storage suggestions
You can store this shake for a single day only. I do not recommended to store this shake more than that. Always store it in a refrigerator.
