Made with just 5 ingredients Roasted pepper chutney is a simple, easy and spicy Indian chutney recipe which you can use in your chat recipes like bhel, panipuri, papdi chaat etc.
Chutney is an integral part of Indian cuisine. I can not imagine my refrigerator without chutneys. In fact, I have already shared lots of varieties of chuntey recipes here on the blog.
Ingredients
Red pepper – Red pepper is my choice for this recipe because of the color. You can use your choice of peppers and taste will be the same. Always roast peppers before using.
Tomatoes – tomatoes are added to adjust the consistency.
Spices and seasoning – salt, cayenne pepper, garlic and cumin.
