  • 1 tsp olive, for topping

Instructions

  1. Interesting! I always keep frozen roasted garlic in the freezer for recipes, but I don’t think I’ve ever turned it into a paste. I’ll have to try this out sometime. Such a versatile ingredient…and I love the taste of roasted garlic, too!
