after trying the dosa batter at home, I was pretty sure about my next experiment 😉 This instant Rava idli is surely my on-the-go recipe from now.

The preparation of rava idli is very easy and quick as no fermentation is required. Also, the use of fine semolina/sooji eliminates the grinding procedure. I am not using baking soda and vegetables in this recipe but you can add as per your choice. In case of adding baking soda, add a pinch of baking soda powder.

I am using 1 spoon of oil to give the moisture and a bit of sponginess to the recipe.  So overall this is a perfect breakfast recipe which you can prepare under 30 mins.
