To boil noodles, take Non-Stick Kadhai and boil water. Add salt and oil to boiling water. Add noodles and boil them for 5 min on high flame. boil your noodles until soften.Drain noodles and wash it in running water. keep it aside.

heat oil in pan.

Ingredients  

to boil noodles

  • 200 gm noodles
  • 3 cups water
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil

other

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup spring onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ginger, chopped
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce, [adjust to your taste]
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ cup carrots, grated or finely chopped [1 large carrot approx]
  • ½ cup cabbage, grated or finely chopped[250 gm approx]

Instructions

  • To boil noodles, take Non-Stick Kadhai and boil water. Add salt and oil to boiling water. Add noodles and boil them for 5 min on high flame. boil your noodles until soften.Drain noodles and wash it in running water. keep it aside.
