March- 2026, Curry Nation Talks
Curry Nation Talks #14 (March 2026) - Little moments, big smiles 😉
Hello, Priya here - the creator behind this blog, sharing highlights and reflections from our recent days.
I almost stopped writing. I almost stopped creating-the very thing that once brought me so much joy and pride.
Over the years, life unfolded in ways I never expected, with both beautiful and difficult moments. But through it all, there was one thing my husband insisted on: don't delete the blog. My little corner of the internet-years of hard work, memories, and stories-had to stay.
There was a time when I deactivated my social media accounts completely. I needed the pause. But when I thought about taking down the blog too, he stopped me and said, "One day, you'll come back and realize the kind of space and community you've built."
And here I am. 🙂
If I had to sum up 2023-2025 in one line, it would be this: it was tough for everyone. But for me, it also came with a quiet, powerful realization - I made it through. I survived. 🙂
Some of my most meaningful days were the simplest ones-stepping out with my child, exploring little corners of the city, finding joy in the ordinary. Somewhere along the way, I realized something deeply comforting: I already have the best company I ever asked for.
Life lately,
There have been moments-small, fleeting, and beautiful-that I know we'll carry with us forever. Just a few glimpses of those days.

Tiny upgrades
Additionally, I have made a few upgrades and am trying to avoid plastic as much as possible. I upgraded my kid's lunchbox, our regular water bottles, and Insulated water bottles.

Trying Out Skincare: Experiments, Results, and Lessons
I tried most of the skincare products available in the market 😉 from the pharmacy to the luxury ones. My skin survived over chemical exfoliation, retinol, and frequent changes in skincare products. Lesson learned - Don't fix what's already working for you 😉 I am undergoing the laser treatment right now. Here are my current favorites.

Coming back to the blogging 🙂
Returning to blogging now feels like stepping into a completely new world.
The industry has evolved so much. With the rise of AI, tools like ChatGPT, image generation platforms, and even the ever-changing Google Analytics interface, it honestly feels like I'm starting from scratch again. What worked in 2020 doesn't quite work today.
And you know what? That makes it exciting. 🙂
The last time I shared a Curry Nation Talks post, the blog was seeing over 20,000 sessions a month. Since then, I've only shown up occasionally-publishing a few posts here and there, sharing some reels, and quietly keeping the website updated (thanks to my in-house IT expert-my husband!).
Now, I'm ready to begin again.
Let's treat 2026 as an experiment-and see just how far this journey can go. 🙂
Traffic updates
I haven't consistently worked on the blog over the past few years. I wanted to share a transparent look at where things stand today.
Also, a small confession-I've completely forgotten how I used to capture and share traffic screenshots back in the day. Maybe Google Analytics has changed… or maybe I have. 🙂
As expected, traffic has dropped. I was honestly preparing myself to see numbers around 1,000 visits per month-so seeing 3,000+ sessions actually feels like a really encouraging place to restart.

Income update
At some point in 2025, I switched to the Journey by Mediavine ad network. I paused it initially, but have since resumed displaying ads on the blog.
March 2026 Income: $27.07
The RPM for this month was high, hence it reflects in the earnings.

I'm not including expenses this month, as there have been a few renewals and subscriptions to take care of.
I'm also keeping brand collaborations and social media income separate from this report ans this experiment , so this reflects blog-generated income only.

This space has always been more than just a blog. And coming back to it feels like reconnecting with a part of myself I had quietly set aside.
Here's to starting again. ✨
