Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh corinader, chopped
- ½ cup gram flour + 2 tbsp gram flour
- ½ cup water, for the batter,as required
- salt to taste
- a pinch of black pepper powder
- 1.5 tbsp ginger chili garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder, as per your taste
- 1 cup water, to steam wadi
- 1 tbsp sooji/semolina
- oil, for deep/shallow frying

Instructions
- take a large mixing bowl and transfer coriander leaves.
- add besan/gram flour.
- add ginger chili garlic paste.
- add black pepper powder.
- add salt to your taste.
- add turmeric powder,red chili powder.
- add semolina /sooji. mix it well.
- add water as required.prepare a thick batter.
- take a pan and grease it with oil.transfer batter into a greased pan.
- put your steamer on the stove and when the water starts boiling, gently place pan init.
- steam for 15 mins on high flame. check with tooth pick. if it comes clean then it is ready.otherwise, steam for few more minutes.
- when the steamed mixture is cool down completely, cut them into medium squares.
- heat oil in another pan and fry the vadis.
- enjoy with tea.
