Ingredients

fresh corinader
chopped
½
cup
gram flour + 2 tbsp gram flour
½
cup
water
for the batter,as required
salt to taste
a
pinch
of black pepper powder

tbsp
ginger chili garlic paste
1
tsp
turmeric powder
½
tsp
red chili powder
as per your taste

cup
water
to steam wadi
1
tbsp
sooji/semolina
oil
for deep/shallow frying

Instructions
take a large mixing bowl and transfer coriander leaves.
add besan/gram flour.
add ginger chili garlic paste.
add black pepper powder.
add salt to your taste.
add turmeric powder,red chili powder.
add semolina /sooji. mix it well.
add water as required.prepare a thick batter.
take a pan and grease it with oil.transfer batter into a greased pan.
put your steamer on the stove and when the water starts boiling, gently place pan init.
steam for 15 mins on high flame. check with tooth pick. if it comes clean then it is ready.otherwise, steam for few more minutes.
when the steamed mixture is cool down completely, cut them into medium squares.
heat oil in another pan and fry the vadis.
enjoy with tea.
