  1. place the strainer in a deep bowl.also place kitchen cotton towel or muslin cloth on the strainer.
  2. pour fresh curd on the cloth.kesarshrikhandstep1

  4. afterward, you will see that the liquid has drained off.
  5. now, soak saffron threads in milk.

Ingredients  

  • 0.5 kg curd
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar, as per your taste
  • ¼ cup dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 6-7 saffron threads
  • tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • place the strainer in a deep bowl.also place kitchen cotton towel or muslin cloth on the strainer.

  1. I’ve never heard of Shrikhand, but it sounds so yummy! Love that you’ve used cardamom 🙂 we use it a lot in Middle Eastern desserts too!

  2. Shrikhand is one of my favorite recipes. Mostly I would buy shrikhand along with my monthly grocery. But after seeing your recipe, I think I will try it at home now. Because I love homemade food. 🙂
