Normally you get Mumbai style masala pav at most of the places. But this particular recipe is called “Jeera pav” in falahaar- food chain. If you got a chance to visit MGroad in Pune then Must visit “chopati” – food corner. there is a restaurant called sukh sagar in chopati where you get this “masala pav”.
These masala pavs are my and Mr.husband’s favorite recipe.The Best part of the recipe is you don’t even to chop 😉
Just take a pan prepare seasoning and roast your pavs. 🙂 for the seasoning, i used a little bit of garlic, fresh coriander leaves, red chili powder and salt. I used coriander powder to balance the spiciness of the recipe which is totally optional.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 2-3 nos ladi pav , fresh
- butter, to roast pavs
Instructions
- heat oil in kadai.
- add some coriander.
- saute it.
- add garlic paste.
- add red chili powder.
- add salt to taste.'add coriander powder and mix it.
- a paste is ready.
- Slit the pavs horizontally without cutting through.
- spread some masala paste.
- roast both side with butter.
- serve hot.

- adjust the spice level according to your taste.
