Instructions
heat oil in kadai.
add some coriander.
saute it.
add garlic paste.
add red chili powder.
add salt to taste.'add coriander powder and mix it.
a paste is ready.
Slit the pavs horizontally without cutting through.
spread some masala paste.
roast both side with butter.
serve hot.
