What is condensed milk?
[source- Internet] Condensed milk is cow’s milk from which water has been removed. It is most often found in the form of “sweetened condensed milk” with sugar added, and the two terms – “condensed milk”, “sweetened condensed milk” – are often used interchangeably today. Sweetened condensed milk is a very thick, sweet product which when canned can last for years without refrigeration if not opened. Condensed milk is used in numerous dessert dishes in many countries.
A related product is evaporated milk, which has undergone a more complex process and which is not sweetened. Evaporated milk is known in some countries as unsweetened condensed milk.

Below are the ingredients required to make condensed milk.
Milk powder, powdered sugar, baking soda, cornstarch, and water.
How to(with pictures)
your first very step is, to take your favorite mixing bowl.
transfer milk-powder, powdered sugar and corn flour in it.
also, add baking soda.
add melted butter and warm water.
whisk the mixture for a minute and make sure to avoid lumps.
heat a pan and transfer this batter in that.
cook this mixture for 2 minutes on medium flame.
strain and cool it down.
store in an air-tight container.

The biggest difference between condensed and evaporated milk is the sugar content. Both are made by reducing a percentage of the water content from the milk but the condensed version has sugar added which is why it’s called Sweetened Condensed Milk.
