Ingredients

Below are the ingredients required to make better than store-bought guacamole 😉

tomatoes, onions, avocados, cilantro, salt, lemon juice are ingredients required to make guacamole.

Avocados – fresh, ripe avocados are the heart of the recipe.

Onion – red onions are best to make guacamole.

Other – salt, tomatoes, jalapenos, lemon juice and fresh cilantro 🙂

Instructions

Preparing Guacamole

First, chop everything(tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro). Remove the seeds from avocados and mash them using fork.

Add salt and lemon juice. Mix everything and enjoy with some chips and tacos.

Storage

Unfortuneltely, you can not store this recipe. Avocados turns brown quickly and I recommend to enjoy this immedietely.

  • 4 avocados ripe
  • salt to tatse
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato finely chopped
  • 1-2  jalapeños finely chopped
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon lime juice adjust according to your taste
  • ¼ cup cilantro finely chopped

Instructions

  • wash avacados and remove the skin of it. Also, chop onion, tomatoes and jalapnos. keep aside.
  • also, remove the seed of it.
  • take a bowl and mash avacados using fork.
  • add lime juice and salt and mix well.
  • Add onion, tomatoes, jalapenos and mix it really well.
  • add cilantro and mix well.
  • serve it as dip with nachos. You can even use this as a sandwich spread.

  1. I agree with David Priya, such a simple recipe but people going that extra adventorous can turn off a bit considering the avo has it’s own flavour to devour. Loved the dip totally. Thanks
