Bread Pizza is a very handy and instant pizza recipe for those pizza cravings. These pizza bites are made with white bread and topped with onion, pepper, and tomatoes.

Ammmm, do I need to tell you? Well, If you don’t want to wait for 2 hours long to make pizza from scratch or If you don’t have a pizza base available then This recipe could be a savior.
In this pizza recipe, the base is made from regular bread 🍞 and there is almost no specific requirement for the toppings too. You can use your choice of toppings. Overall, This recipe is a quick solution for a pizza craving.
Which bread is best to make this recipe?
To make this easy pizza, you need regular bread. You can either use white bread or whole wheat bread. You can even use multigrain bread or even French bread too.
Pizza toppings suggestion
This recipe is a very versatile recipe. Onion, tomatoes, capsicum, jalapeños, hot peppers are my favourite toppings. You can even try broccoli, cottage cheese and pineapple too.
Can we store this bread pizza?
Yes! you can. You can store this instant bread pizza for a day in a refrigerator. You can even freeze this pizza. Always store your pizza in a ziplock bag. To freeze this pizza, bake and cool down the pizza completely and transfer to a ziplock bag. Deep freeze it and use it as required. Deep freeze pizza will stay fresh for 7 days. I won’t recommend to store longer.

Ingredients
Bread – As I said, Use Your choice of bread here. white, brown, or multigrain works great.
Pizza Sauce – I used homemade pizza sauce here. You can use store-bought too. If you don’t have pizza sauce available then you can use tomato sauce or tomato paste too. If you are using tomato paste, season it with salt, pepper, herbs and chili flakes.
Toppings – Your choice of toppings here. Onions, tomatoes, capsicum, jalapeños, hot peppers works really great.
Cheese – MUST have. Use mozzarella cheese. Those who are in India, can use regular processed cheese as well.
Seasonings – salt, pepper and chilli flakes are enough. If you have Italian seasoning then you can use that too.
How to make bread pizza?
Preheat your oven at 200° for 5 minutes. Place bread slices in a baking tray.
spread pizza sauce on the bread evenly.
add your toppings and add some cheese too.
sprinkle some seasoning on the top.
bake pizza at 200° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
serve hot.
