in this recipe, I used mix dry-fruit powder and oats powder, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Oats have a lot of health benefits.Oats are very good source of fiber.it is also a Rich source of magnesium.It helps to prevent constipation. it Controls blood sugar level.it supports weight loss.
On the other side, we already know the benefits of dry-fruits. peanut butter is also a nutritious option and truly enhance the taste of the recipe.
I have created 2 variations here. Those who are die-heart chocolate lover can add melted chocolate directly into the mixture. while the others can add a specific amount of chocolate chips into the mixture.

chocolate chips oats almond energy bars
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ cup dry-fruit powder
- ½ cup oats flour, * check notes
- 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips, OR 1/2 tbsp melted chocolate approx
- 4-5 drops vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp milk, if required [optional]
Instructions
- add melted butter in mixing bowl.
- add peanut butter.
- add dry fruit powder.
- add oats flour.
- add some chocolate chips. If you like chocolates a lot then add 1/4 cup of melted chocolate at this step.
- mix everything well.
- add few drops of vanilla essence.
- mix.
- flatten the mixture into a round or rectangle.
- cut into bars.
- allow it to set in the refrigerator for 1-hour at-least.
- enjoy
