How to make buttermilk with vinegar? and how to use it in baking projects? is the common question I received so many times. I have recently started using buttermilk in my baking projects and I find this recipe very useful hence I am sharing it with you all.
Before moving further, I just want to mention here, This is not regular buttermilk which made from curd, This buttermilk is made from milk and vinegar/lemon juice. This buttermilk can ONLY be used for baking where buttermilk is required.
You can use this buttermilk to make recipes like bread, waffles, pancakes, cakes, biscuits, etc. I have recently used this buttermilk in my chocolate cookies too.
