About this recipe, I use oats powder along with milk powder. You can prepare this recipe in form of sugar-free version as well but I am using condensed milk here. you can have this recipe at room temperature but I suggest to warm it up

Ingredients
- 1 tsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp choco chips
- ½ cup oats flour, *check notes
- ¼ cup milk powder
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tbsp dryfruits, chopped | optional
Instructions
- take a mixing bowl.
- add condensed milk in it.
- add cocoa powder.
- add milk powder.
- add melted butter and mix.
- add choco chips.
- add milk and mix well.
- take a portion of the mixture and prepare a medium size ball.
- Repeat the process with remaining mixture.
