Instructions
Take a mixing bowl.
Add condensed milk in it.

Add cocoa powder.

Add milk powder.
¼ cup milk powder
Add
powdered oats /oats flour
.
½ cup oats flour
Add melted butter and mix.
1 tablespoon butter
Add choco chips.
1 tablespoon choco chips
Add milk and mix well.
Take a portion of the mixture and prepare a medium size ball.
Repeat the process with remaining mixture.
Enjoy.
Notes
Add powdered sugar to make it sweeter.
You can even add more condensed milk to make it sweeter according to your taste.
