This is first time here on the blog where I am sharing some of my personal favourite recipes in a single post 😉 If you follow me on Instagram then you might know that I often share my everyday cooking videos there.
Some of you always asking to share my personal favourite recipe list, my home tour, my everyday life posts etc. I remember one reader literally messaged me on Instagram and said, ” Priya, We like your recipes and we expect new recipes from you most of the time. However, We want to know What Priya likes to eat when she is away from blogging?” That message was so touchy.
I honestly never ever thought to come this far and each day I am thankful to my readers. This post is especially for those who always want to know about my favourite recipes for so long. I must thank all of you for your patience because of my extreme delay.
I initially thought to share my complete list here but later I altered the idea to categorized my favourite recipes so that you can find it useful.
Starting this list with my favourite Indian street-food. Indian street food is a combination of various tastes and flavours. So below is the list of my all-time favourite street food recipes and I make these recipes often.
1.vegetable Manchurian
The tastiest Indo-Chinese recipe ever.
2.Tava Pulao
Tava pulao is ideally served with pav bhaji but I love to have it without pav bhaji.
3.panipuri (golgappa)
Panipuri is a MUST try recipe.
4.pavbhaji
okay, there is a tie between pavbhaji and panipuri 🙂
5. Pavbhaji cone
pav bhaji cone is a yummy twist to ordinary pavbhaji recipe. This recipe is very popular street food in Gujarat state.
6.Misal pav
I must confess here that before 2012, I didn’t even know that such recipes exist as I am born and brought up in Gujarat. After moving to Pune Maharashtra, I got to know about this popular recipe. Misal pav is considered as a staple food in Maharashtra households.
7. vadapav
vada pav is another popular Maharashtrian streetfood that I love.
