Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mangoes and biscuit crumbs
Wash, peel, and chop the mangoes into small cubes. Blend a portion of the mangoes into a smooth puree. However, making puree is optional.

Also, crush biscuits into corse powder.

Step 2: Whip the Cream
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add sweet condensed milk if you want at this stage.
1 cup Whipping cream,
1 tablespoon Sweetened condensed milk
Step 3: assemble
Gently fold the mango chunks into the whipped cream. Add most of the diced mangoes and mix carefully.
In a serving bowl, add a layer of biscuit crumbs.
Add the layer of whipped cream.
Add mango chunks on the top if you don't want to fold into the cream.
Step 4: Chill
Transfer the mixture to serving glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Top with remaining mango cubes, chopped pistachios, almonds, and saffron strands before serving.

Notes
You can use frozen mangoes for this recipe.
Sweeterner is a completely optional here.
You can even use vegan whipping cream instead of dairy cream to make this recipe vegan.
