Add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,amchur and chat masala.
½ teaspoon red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon dry mango powder/amchur , ¼ teaspoon chaat masala, salt to taste
add gram flour.
1+½ tablespoon gram flour / besan
Mix well.
Add water and mix it well.
1 teaspoon water
Heat oil in nonstick pan.
3 cup Oil
Gently put bhindi into that.
Fry bhindi on medium flame.
Fry them until golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot.
Sprinkle some black salt and chaat masala at time of serving.
