4 apples red gala apples
Orange peel from 1 single orange
1 inch cinnamon stick
½ cup sugar granulated, adjust to your taste
1 litre water
1 inch cinnamon stick to garnish

Instructions

Start with washing your apples thoroughly in running water. There is no need to peel the skin of apples. Cut them into medium pieces.

Separate the orange peel from 1 whole orange and keep it aside.

In a deep pan, Add water and bring it to a boil. Add cinnamon, orange peel, and apple.
